In our factory 500,000 bottles of vinegar with various sizes can be produced by 4 high capacity fermentor units.The vinegar is produced by high technology fermentors and separated from its depositions through the use of 0.1 micron ultra-filtration technique.Then,it is transferred to the filling units and filled to plastic glass bottles with various sizes.In our hi-tech laboratories;acidity level, acetymethyl carbinol,alcohol level,clour,clarity,salt,dry matter,sulphur dioxide,chlorine and microbiological analyses are performed by our food engineers.Thus,every stage of production is under control.
